How Do Your Programs Work?

I have developed the Practical Digital Wellness program, which combines structured skill-building activities, reflection exercises, and 1 on 1 coaching sessions to help you take back your time and regain peace and control over your digital-heavy life.

I currently offer 3 levels of support:

  2. Radical Clarity for Digital Wellness: three hours of guided discovery and strategy-setting where you will make a real, actionable plan to address your technology overwhelm

  3. Take Back Your Time: a comprehensive program that will lead you through a full life transformation. Overwhelm be gone: find peace and control.
